Dr. Marlene DiLeo is currently the Superintendent of the Ware Public Schools.  She has been Superintendent since 2014.  Prior to serving as Superintendent, Dr. DiLeo was the Principal of Ware Junior/Senior High School and the Stanley M. Koziol Elementary School.  Dr. DiLeo worked for the Holyoke Public Schools from 2000 to 2008 serving as an Elementary Principal, Assistant Principal and District Health Education Coordinator.  Dr. DiLeo holds four degrees from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.  She earned her Doctorate of Education in Educational Policy and Leadership in 2011.  In addition, she has degrees in Educational Leadership, Exercise Science and Physical Education/Health.

Rebecca H. Kidwell is currently the Assistant Superintendent for the Rockland Public Schools.  She has been in the role since August 2021.  Prior to her work in Rockland, Ms. Kidwell spent twenty-three years working for the Braintree Public Schools.  In Braintree, Ms. Kindwell served as a Middle School and High School English Teacher, Director of English, Reading and EL Education, Interim Director of Curriculum and Technology and Director of Technology and Accountability.  Ms. Kindwell has a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Endicott College and a Master of Arts Degree in Teaching English from Boston University.  She also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio.

Dr. Andrea Schwamb is currently the Assistant Superintendent for the Wareham Public Schools.  She has been in this position since 2014.  Prior to her role as the Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Schwamb was a Principal and Assistant Principal and teacher in the Falmouth Public Schools for fifteen years. Dr. Schwamb also served as Assistant Principal in Duxbury for one year.  Dr. Schwamb earned her Doctorate of Education  from Northeastern University in 2013.  She also has a Masters Degree from Salem State University and Bachelors Degree from Lesley University.
